Rare WW2 era women's American Red Cross workwear coverall uniform with badge and original hat by "A.S.W Grundy Doctors & Nurses Uniform Co San Francisco.' Coveralls are chambray denim with war time era details like the use of mother of pearl buttons up the front instead of metal. Side cinch buckles at both sides of the waist with double button options at the pant hem as well (which can be worn wither wide leg or cinched in.) Fully removable epaulets that match the sleeve trim. Look to have never been worn, a rare example of women's bifurcated workwear; and the only example of a women's coverall I have personally seen an example of used for American Red Cross.
Condition: Great, nearly pristine. One small pin head hole on upper leg
