The best I have ever had, truly, and a rare bishop sleeve example. 1930s pale ballet pink bias cut airy chiffon gown with voluminous bishop sleeves, incredible bobbinet chiffon appliqué on front and back of bodice and trimming sleeve hems, with hand applied lace that cascades down front and back. Self covered button at each wrist, and snap closures at the side waist, as well as lace capped silk ties at the neckline. Belt loops at side, but no original belt.
Condition: Great for age; I spent nearly 10 hours bringing this piece back to life. I hand stitched the lace appliqués throughout skirt, made the silk neck ties, attached the sleeves back on. and so much more. There are a couple pen head size faint spots scattered on skirt (one on hem) and one or two pin head holes in lace, but that is about the extent of it now. Clean, and ready to wear
