1910s-1920s art nouveau pongee silk skirt with drawnwork detailing and matching plush ombre velvet art nouveau belt. Skirt has inner waistband with hook and eye closure and snaps down the side seam.
Condition Great, minor mark on the side hidden in fold of fabric, and small red mark. The inner waistband was repaired at some point with extra fabric, but this is folded inside the skirt when worn and not seen

Waist: 28" hooks can be moved to fit smaller, but not any larger
