Incredible 1940s era small scale floral feedback dress with zipper up back, full puff sleeves that can be worn off the shoulders as well, and a full swing skirt. Contrast red piping at waistline, red ruffle trim on sleeves, and an asymmetrical tiered layer on skirt.
