Remarkable 1930s Hollywood glamour shimmering tangerine hammered silk bias cut gown with 24K gold lined hand blown beads paired with larger circular hammered metal beads densely and intricately hand sewn in an art deco pattern on a wide waistband with elongated ties at back. Stunning seaming on the skirt that flares out in to a mermaid style hem, with a plunging back.
Condition: Great for age. The hem was covered in black marks and stains, which have 95% lifted, with a couple faint spots remaining right on the hem. Minor lines of color variation in skirt which are camouflaged. Clean, strong and ready to wear
