Incredible 1930s buttercream satin bolero style cropped blouse with a great micro print and flutter sleeves. Decorative buttons on the bust with hidden hook and eye closures underneath. Would have most likely been a 2 piece with a gown, but look great worn as a blouse with a high waist-ed garment
