30s/40s Artex embroidered Hungarian lightweight cotton folk blouse with hand smocked neckline, hem, and snap closures at side seam. 

Condition: Great, All flaws are minor. Small pen mar near hem, tiny gathering of very pin dot holes at back neck as shown. Small back darn. Very faint discoloration near smocking at neck hard to see. Presents beautifully and flaws don’t detract
