Perfect 1930s floor length paisley silk velvet with talon bell zip front, flared bell sleeves with a slightly peaked shoulder, and an attached set fabric belt back with one elongated tie (and one bit shorter) to cinch to desired shape.
Condition: Great now, this one took quite a bit of time to make wearable again; silk lining was completely dry-rotted and had to be removed, so some seams inside are not “finished,” (but now allows for the dress to lay even nicer on a body without a bulky lining inside.) I added a bias binding at the inside back neck to strengthen and some scattered repairs/ as well as going over every seam to make sure removing the lining didn't leave any weak areas in seams. This is now strong and ready to wear, and presents like new when worn.
