The most spectacular pair of antique bloomers I have personally ever seen, circa early 1900s, very Art Nouveau. Fine cotton insertion lace with rows of ruffled lace trimming the side seam openings that tie in 3 places with pale pink silk ribbons, with woven ribbons at the front and back waist that can cinch to desired waist size. Best worn with nude boy shorts or undergarments since sides are exposed partially, or wear with minimal under garments, whichever you prefer 

Condition: A true restoration project to make these wearable again; there are one or two faint spots at the back as shown, period correct lace fragments were added to the front side waist to cover some patch-work I had to do. The original ribbon that remains trimming the smaller area as shown has wear but this does not affect the piece whatsoever; I left to try and keep as much of the original piece as possible
